For larger orders the fee is £4.99, however for all orders over £50 we offer FREE delivery

Our system is semi-automated and designed to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, normally within 5-10 minutes.

Once you place an order we prepare your goods for shipment and hand it over to one of our super fast delivery riders who will make sure you receive your shopping in no time!
Yes, during the Covid-19 outbreak and in line with the Government’s policies all our deliveries are contact-free until further notice, to ensure health and safety of our customers and riders.
The rider will leave your shopping at your door and will wait at a safe distance until you collect it before it’s marked as delivered.
Therefore we will not be capturing customers’ signatures, instead the driver may take your name or photo of the goods at your premises as the proof of delivery.
Yes, payments made on our website are 100% secure and are handled by Stripe, the same payment processing platform used by the likes of Deliveroo, UberEats and Booking.com to name a few.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest level of payment processing security.
All financial information and card details are encrypted, handled directly by Stripe and never pass through our own servers.
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted by the shop.
You can cancel an order until it’s collected by the driver (which normally takes place 5-15 minutes after the order is made) by contacting email@example.com and you will automatically receive full refund.
Once the order is on its way, you can cancel the order either by contacting us or letting the driver know that you no longer want or need it. However in those cases the delivery fee won’t be refunded.
Yes you will receive an itemised invoice showing all products you purchased
